After exploring coaching when I was a marketing manager, I decided to become fully qualified and complete my ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. It's a move I'm pleased I made, as I've seen first hand the power my training has had on individuals and their organisations.
I have a tremendous passion for enabling individuals to enhance their performance at work. With experience in both private and public sector companies, I work with people on a one-to-one basis, helping them identify areas they want to change or develop - in order to make lasting, positive changes in their careers and lives.
